The stylish central fireplace in the living room is the focal point around which all else revolves while the plush parrot green cushions futuristic pendant lamps that have been gracefully placed the wooden kitchen counter with stone countertop and the simple staircase that leads to the upper level add on to complete the savvy space.
Upon entry the building seems to gradually grow weightless and narrow toward the comfortable and private garden and recreation area by the pool. This approach to the use of space is more expressive and ingenuous than vast rectangular rooms.
The idea was to create a home that not only served as a lavish vacation home for the owners whenever they are tired of the busy city life but also to design a house that would serve well as a permanent residence at any point in the future.
